Customer Service Staff

IELC’s customer service staff provides prospective students with the information they need about the courses offered at IELC. They also inform prospective clients of the projects that IELC is currently involved in, including educational expos and consultation for studying abroad. Our staff can also assist students with registering for the IELTS and TOEFL examinations. IELC also collaborates with a number of international education consultants to give valuable advice to students planning to study abroad. Our customer service staff is highly motivated and committed to providing IELC’s students and partners with the best service possible.
