Young Learners

IELC’s Young Learners course is a fun course that encourages children to think about the world around them with meaningful and fun activities designed to stimulate and develop their creative talents. Young Learners make up a considerable part of IELC’s student base and the curriculum is an important part of IELC’s goal of providing students with the skills they will need for their future. The course is a motivating and enjoyable way to learn English, supplemented with cartoon stories and interactive activities designed to make the whole learning experience entertaining and enjoyable.

Young Adult Learners

IELC’s Young Adult Learners course is a comprehensive course providing a wide range of activities designed to boost the listening, reading and production skills of students. The course also focuses on developing grammar proficiency as a basis for further fluency and is supplemented with games designed to stimulate interactive and communicative learning. Students are given up-to-date materials and are encouraged to develop their speaking skills.

Upper Intermediate – Advanced

IELC’s upper-intermediate and advanced courses are multi-skilled courses that take students to an advanced level of English using a communicative methodology that focuses on fluency and accuracy. There are also opportunities to develop reading and writing abilities as well as engaging activities to develop advanced thinking skills. With the use of stimulating reading and listening materials, these courses systematically develop and enhance the student’s language skills.

Conversation Courses

IELC’s conversation course takes students from elementary to advanced speaking ability. Our course is designed to help students develop good oral communication skills and fluency. A variety of interesting and innovative topics are presented to encourage students to express ideas and opinions about the way they interact with the world around them. The course is well organized, following a progressive learning curve of topics that help students develop confidence in speaking on a variety of topics.

Business Courses

IELC’s business course provides students with the English language skills they need to conduct business in English with confidence and fluency. The course uses stimulating material covering a variety of business situations including telephoning, making reservations, entertaining, dealing with problems and talking about products and services. Students are also given topic-relevant vocabulary and are presented with language development activities.
